Ramyun noodles

Hi! This February we are talking Noodles(Pastas included)! Well some of my favorite go-to noodles are Shin Ramyun, Jajangmyun, Singapore and Thai! What's yours?(Comment below)
I grew up in a residential school and that's one of the main reasons why I find myself so attached with it. When me and my roommates were out hungry in the middle of night, Shin Ramyun came to our rescue. I have some Korean friends who introduced me to their world of noodles, from jajangmyun to their Kimchi noodles! I never knew Noodles could be made and eaten in such different ways!
I have never tried the Japanese Ramen and wanted to ever since I watched a movie, 7 years back, called 'the Ramen Girl'. It was about this American Girl who somehow ends up in the streets of Tokyo, heartbroken. She finds herself meeting chef Maezumi who runs a small ramen shop and that’s where her story begins. Chef Maezumi teaches her the art of cooking Ramen Noodle. The way it was dramatized and considering I was just 12 back then made me think that I could also become the next Ramen Master but that ended badly, with me turning the kitchen upside down and my mom banning me from entering the kitchen for the next few months (no comment haha).
I’m currently searching for a place where I can get Japanese Ramen as described in the movie and fingers crossed, I hope I end up meeting a chef like Maezumi who decides to teach me all the secrets- but then first, I guess I have to end up in the streets of Tokyo.
